IBC is an inclusive organization and is a venue for kids from all ages, genders, backgrounds, and family situations.  We welcome all kids and we try to instill in them Character, Consistency, and Confidence.  We provide mentoring and tutoring for all our players.  We model positive relationships with our players and their families.
